So Weather is your problem?

If protection against the elements and harsh environments is a problem for your business the ‘Weather Pro’ range could be the solution for you. Take a look below to find out more or discover our full Weather Pro range HERE

Weather Pro looks like the solution for you

Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is a billion pound cost for industry and the WeatherPro is designed to eradicate this entirely. The flexible weather-proofing system is entirely waterproof and capable of being colour coded according to your requirements.

A special layer repels water, as well as preventing moisture from infiltrating pipe work with an innovative infill layer which is hydrophobic “Pyrogel XT” meaning that in the rare event of any moisture penetrating the jacketing it is pushed back away from the pipe work through a unique ventilation system. This innovation eliminates corrosion, extending the life of your structure.

The Weather Pro removable insulation jacket is also capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 650°C continuously and is typically 50mm thick, although this can vary depending on project requirements and specifications.

You have multiple problems and you want to find one solution?

With our Tech+ range we are able to design and manufacture jacketing solutions bespoke to your exact needs.

Jet Fire Pro; the perfect solution for Petrofac FPSO

Advanced Industrial Solutions, working on behalf of Petrofac, were asked to provide a full turnkey solution for a series of ESDV and Butterfly Valves on board the Berantai FPSO Vessel moored off the coast of Malaysia.

Our specialist engineering team proceeded to Survey and Design a suitable system, recommending our most innovative product line; the Jet Fire Pro range of Flexible Passive Fire Protection.

With each valve being a complex design and with protection required to the valves and actuator whilst also allowing access to controls, this was a complicated project. Our engineers designed each jacketing set on a bespoke basis.

Advanced Industrial Solutions successfully manufactured, supplied and installed the systems using our specialist IRATA Rope Access Team. The project was delivered on time and within the budget specified.
